I wish it had one more interior compartment for organization. That being said, the quality is great.

Beautiful Color Options

I ordered the HARLOW in black, and now I’m eyeing the white one too. For reference, I can fit a small card wallet, keys, and my phone easily. There is a pocket for a credit card, which is nice to have, but I don't find myself using it. The colors and silhouette of the bag go with everything!

Chic and stylish crossbody bag

This bag is very chic. The matte vegan leather doesn't look cheap at all, and the gold-tone hardware is a great accent. It elevates any outfit, and I’ve gotten multiple compliments on it. The strap is comfortable to wear, but I do wish the straps were easier to change out between the long strap and the short strap.

Holds Up Beautifully Over Time

I’ve had this bag for several months now, and it's holding up well. It’s well-made and stylish.

love that it gives multiple options, but it's a little hard to change the straps.

overall, this bag elevates my outfits and the convertible feature is great. however, i found that changing the straps were challenging at first when the bag was new. it became easier over time but something to keep in mind.
